1. Who we are
Bovandri S.R.L., with registered office at Av. Arce No. 2799, Multicentro Building, Tower B, Floor 14, Office 14-C, Sopocachi, La Paz, Bolivia, Tax ID (NIT) 3841097024, is the data controller for personal data collected through the domain bovandri.com.
2. What data we collect
We only request the name, email address and message you choose to share through the contact form. In addition, if you grant consent through the cookie banner, we may collect advertising identifiers, usage, device and browsing data via Google Ads and GA4 under Consent Mode v2.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used to reply to your enquiries, keep you informed about open projects, meet tax and regulatory duties with ASFI and the SIN and, when applicable and with your consent, to measure advertising campaigns.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is the explicit consent granted through the form and the cookie banner, as well as the legitimate interest of Bovandri in operating the platform and complying with Law No. 164 and its implementing regulations.
5. Who we share your information with
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, transactional email, analytics), always under confidentiality agreements and standards equivalent to those required by Bolivian regulations.
6. How long we keep your data
Data from the contact form is kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact. Advertising and analytics data is kept for the period defined in the Google configuration, currently 14 months for conversion events.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion or objection to the processing of your data, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to privacy@bovandri.com. We reply within a maximum of 15 business days.
8. Security
We apply TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest and segregated access controls. We run annual audits with an independent third party registered with ASFI.
9. Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever our practices or applicable regulations change. The date of the most recent revision is always published at the top of the page.
