1. Purpose
These terms govern the access to and use of the site bovandri.com operated by Bovandri S.R.L. The site provides information about real estate crowdlending projects in Bolivia. It does not by itself constitute a public offering of securities.
2. Provider identity
Bovandri S.R.L., Tax ID (NIT) 3841097024, FUNDEMPRESA Registration No. 00427193, ASFI Registry RC-102/2024, with offices at Av. Arce No. 2799, Tower B, Floor 14, Office 14-C, La Paz.
3. Permitted use
The user agrees to use the site in accordance with Bolivian law, good faith and these terms. It is forbidden to introduce viruses or malicious code, run automated scraping or impersonate third parties.
4. Investor eligibility
To invest you must be over 18, resident in Bolivia or a foreign national with valid documentation, and complete the KYC/AML verification process required by the applicable regulations and by ASFI.
5. Risks
Every real estate investment involves risks, including partial or total loss of capital, timeline delays, regulatory changes and macroeconomic events. Historical or projected returns do not guarantee future results.
6. Intellectual property
The published texts, images, trademarks and source code are the property of Bovandri S.R.L. or are used under licence. Reproduction without express written authorisation is forbidden.
7. Limitation of liability
Bovandri shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the site. Total liability, where applicable, is limited to the fees actually charged to the user in the last 12 months.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Department of La Paz or the Conciliation and Arbitration Centre of the La Paz Chamber of Commerce, at Bovandri's option.
9. Changes
Bovandri may modify these terms by publishing the new version with its effective date. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the changes.
